Upstream\nsector (well construction and oil production) performed the following roles\nat Brazilian Oil Company-Petrobras.\n\n<p>He worked for 14 years as the company&#039;s representative in the\noffshore and onshore management of exploratory activities in well\nconstruction operations in several regions of Brazil such as: Amazon forest -\nin heli-transportable rigs, Amap\u00e1 coast - in floating platforms and coast of\nPar\u00e1 and Maranh\u00e3o - on self-elevating platforms. downstream\nsector in Brazil, Latin America, and USA.<\/p>\n\n<p>At &quot;Esso Brasileira de Petroleo&quot;, an Exxon Mobil affiliate, he\nhas worked for 27 years performing various functions in fuels and lubricants\ndownstream sector such as marketing, network planning, financial,\nbudgeting, strategic planning, reaching the position of Sales Manager and\nRetail Sales Director. During this period, for 3 years, he performed a\nstrategic planning, investment budget and fuels business development for\nLatin America based on Exxon Latin America- USA.<\/p>\n\n<p>In 2009 integrated the M&amp;A team that led the sales process of\n&quot;Esso Brasileira&quot; to the Cosan Company, remaining for two years as Sales\nDirector of Cosan Fuels.<\/p>\n\n<p>In 2011 led the retail team of Cosan Fuels and Shell Fuels\nMarketing through Raizen (a Joint venture formed between Cosan and\nShell), with the role to find and apply the best practice procedures and\npolicies of both company in areas of pricing, contracts, engineering, OTC-\nOrder to cash, branding, convenience store model and sales remuneration\nteam.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the following 2 years as a Raizen Fuels Engineering and ESG\nDirector he led the process of re-branding 2000 service stations and 380 c-\nstores from Esso to Shell branding, and the implementation of the new ESG\npolicies, with special focus on compliance and environmental activities, with\na challenge to bring together the 3 different company heritage cultures.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the last 8 years he has worked at &quot;Sindicom&quot;
